How Did This Accident Occur?

Most people want quick answers after a fatal crash like this, but more than 30 years of litigating commercial vehicle accidents has taught me to be patient. It’s important to have facts about how this crash unfolded, rather than guesses or assumptions.

Maybe the SUV driver turned when it was unsafe. Maybe the truck was speeding when it entered the intersection. Maybe one of the vehicles had a mechanical issue that contributed to the crash.
