How Did This Accident Occur?

One of these vehicles moved out of its lane to cause this crash. Which one isn’t clear right now, nor is the reason why. A complete investigation is best way to find answers for those questions, in my experience.

Investigators, either police or an independent third party, will scrutinize witness statements, evidence from the scene, data from the vehicles and any available video footage of the crash. Cell phone records could indicate whether either driver was distracted at the time of the crash, while a forensic examination of the vehicles may be needed if investigators suspect a mechanical issue may have contributed to this accident.
