How Did This Accident Occur?

We don’t know much about this crash right now, but I wonder if this crash was caused by something more than driver fatigue or error.

Did another vehicle cause the truck to swerve into the crash cushion? Did the truck have a problem with its brakes or steering mechanism?

Authorities should consider these questions as they probe this crash. If police don’t have the expertise to deal with a technical investigation of the truck’s mechanics, an outside expert may be necessary to get answers for those affected by this crash.
