Butler County, PA — September 17, 2026, one person was killed and another person was injured in a cement truck accident at about 2:15 p.m. on Mars-Adams City Road.

Authorities said a cement truck overturned near the intersection with Myoma Road south of Callery, hitting three other vehicles and spilling its load onto the road.

Two people in a Subaru were hospitalized with unspecified injuries after the Adams Township crash, according to authorities. One woman, whose name has not been made public yet, died there.

No other injuries were reported.
