How Did This Accident Occur?
In my experience, “lost control” is often law enforcement shorthand for police don’t know what caused this crash. That is why a full investigation of this accident is vital.
Authorities should pore over vehicle data, physical evidence, witness statements and any available video footage to reconstruct this crash. Cell phone records could show if the driver was texting or interacting with an app at the time.
If investigators suspect a mechanical issue contributed to this accident, a qualified expert should examine the Dodge in a laboratory setting.
This investigation should provide the Dodge driver’s family with a clear picture of what caused this crash.
