How Did This Accident Occur?
Most people tend to blame pedestrians in incidents like this for being where they aren’t supposed to be, but what about any extenuating circumstances? Was the pedestrian crossing the road after a car broke down? Was the area well lit? Were other drivers able to see and avoid the pedestrian?
I hope authorities treat this investigation as a priority, because the pedestrian’s loved ones deserve to know that ever available step was taken to figure out how this crash happened.
