How Did This Accident Occur?

It appears there are questions about which of these vehicles had the right of way at the intersection. Witness statements have provided inconsistent accounts of what happened, so authorities must seek out video footage from the truck or nearby businesses to sort out what happened.

Was the traffic signal working properly? Was one driver distracted? Did one vehicle have an issue with its brakes or steering mechanism? Answering these questions will help investigators as they work to reconstruct this accident.

A thorough investigation should provide the injured driver and her family with a clear picture of what caused this crash.
