Jerome County, ID — June 1, 2026, a Washington man was injured in a truck accident at about 5:40 a.m. on Interstate 84 near Greenwood.
Authorities said a 2007 Kenworth semi-truck was heading east when it caught fire after leaving the road near mile marker 200 and crashing into a guardrail.
The driver, a 28-year-old man from Puyallup, WA, was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries after the crash, according to authorities.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Jerome County crash at this time. The accident is under investigation.
