Accident Report
Morris County, TX — June 20, 2026, a pedestrian was injured in a car accident at about 11:20 p.m. on F.M. 144 south of Cason.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2020 Nissan Sentra was heading south when it hit a pedestrian north of Central Road.
The pedestrian, a 43-year-old man, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report. His name has not been made public yet.
The Nissan driver, 71, was not hurt, the report states.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Morris County crash at this time.
