How Did This Accident Occur?

Most people likely would assume the motorcyclist caused this wreck, because of a misguided belief that people who ride motorcycles are reckless. But in my experience, motorcycles tend to be more safety conscious because they are used to having to watch out for other vehicles on the road.

A thorough investigation will reveal the truth of what happened at this intersection. Did one of the vehicles run a red light? Was one speeding? Did a mechanical issue contribute to the crash? The injured rider and his family deserve to know the answers to these questions, and those answers will come only from facts, not assumptions.
