How Did This Accident Occur?

Initial reports do not make clear why this motorcycle crashed. Was the rider distracted? Did it swerve to avoid another vehicle? Did the bike have a problem with its throttle or brakes? The best way to answer these questions, in my experience, is to wait until the investigation is complete.

Authorities will rely on physical evidence, witness statements and available video footage as they work to reconstruct this crash. Cell phone records and any connected devices could provide additional information.

Investigators also should pust for an in-depth inspectin of the motorcyle to determine if a mechanical issue or manufacturer’s defect played a part in this crash.

The investigation shoould provide the motorcyclist and his family with a clear picture of what caused this accident.
