How Did This Accident Occur?

Most people who read about a crash like this probably would assume the motorcyclist was responsible for this accident. That may prove to be true, but that assumption is based on an unfair stereotype. Some people see anyone who gets around on two wheels as a reckless daredevil, but in my experience motorcyclists tend to be more safety conscious than other motorists. That is why this crash deserves a full, unbiased investigation.

Authorities will work to reconstruct this accident by poring over physical evidence, witness statements, available video footage and any electronic devices the rider was using that may have data about the crash. They also should push for an in-depth inspection of the motorcycle to determine if a mechanical issue or manufacturer’s defect played a role.

This investigation should provide the Suzuki rider and his family with a clear picture of what happened on F.M. 375.
