How Did This Accident Occur?

Most people are content to blame a motorcycle class on the rider, based on the common stereotype that those who ride motorcycles are reckless. But experience has shown me that is usually not the case. Motorcyclists tend to be more cautious than other drivers because they know how vulnerable they are on the road. This crash deserves a full investigation to get to the bottom of what happened on Cook Avenue.

Motorcycles do not have the same kind of data as other modern vehicles, so investigators will be more reliant on physical evidence, witness statements and any available video footage to reconstruct this accident. They also should push for an in-depth investigation of the motorcycle to determine if it had a mechanical issue or manufacturer’s defect.
