How Did This Accident Occur?
Most accidents are caused by driver error, but I’ve learned in my career that can only be proven by a comprehensive investigation of each crash.
This crash could have been caused by a driver who wasn’t paying attention, or one whose vehicle suffered some sort of malfunction, such as faulty brakes or a failed crash prevention system.
There is no way to know without an investigation.
