How Did This Accident Occur?

Many folks would assume this crash was caused by fatigue or driver error, but what if another vehicle forced the SUV off the road or it had a mechanical problem that affected its brakes or steering mechanism. I’m suggesting that is what happened here, but these are possibilities that cannot be ruled out without an investigation.

A thorough investigation includes reviewing witness statements, evidence from the crash scene, data from the vehicle and any available dashcam or security camera footage. Much of that electronic information must be gathered quickly before it is lost or overwritten.

The injured man and his family deserve to know how this crash happened.
