If the reports here are accurate, then there may be a lot more to this than just investigating a potential drunk driver. Anytime there’s a suspicion of drunk driving, it’s important to find out where that driver was coming from. In Texas, alcohol providers can be responsible for contributing to a serious accident if it’s found that the alcohol provider unlawfully over-served that driver. Is that something investigators are looking into here?
