Dallas, TX — November 2, 2023, Octavio Berumen Rodriguez was killed in a pedestrian versus car accident shortly after 4:15 p.m. along Easton Road.
According to reports, 81-year-old Octavio Berumen Rodriguez was attempting to cross Easton Road on foot from northeast to southwest in the vicinity northwest of Lone Tree Lane when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, Rodriguez was struck by a southeast bound Volkswagen Beetle. Rodriguez incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the crash and was declared deceased at the scene. No other injuries have been reported.
