Carrollton, TX — April 22, 2024, Ociel Iglesias was injured as the result of a car accident at around 6:22 a.m. along Kelly Boulevard.
Investigators said that the incident happened near the intersection of Kelly Boulevard and San Simeon Place.
According to officials, 20-year-old Ociel Iglesias was in an Infiniti going northbound on Kelly. The vehicle reportedly left its lane, went onto the median, and crashed into a tree. Ociel Iglesias reportedly sustained serious injuries as a result.

My concern with crashes involving younger drivers is authorities sometimes jump to conclusions. Statistics do indeed show younger drivers are more likely to be reckless, but it should be up to the evidence to say for sure what went wrong. Did authorities here let the evidence speak for itself, or is there still more to this story?
