Haltom City, TX — June 25, 2024, a North Richland Hills man and a woman were injured following a car accident at 8:30 p.m. on Huddleston Street.
According to investigators, the accident happened in the area of the Huddleston Street and Alyse Drive intersection, west of Denton Highway.
Investigators said that a 30-year-old North Richland Hills Man and a woman were in a Toyota Scion going southbound on Huddleston. The vehicle somehow traveled off-road, and it ended up crashing into a residence. As a result, both people in the car sustained serious injuries. No one else was injured.

Something I hear from folks a lot is they think crashes like this are simple just because there’s only one vehicle involved. It surprises them to then hear that when victims and families call me because they believe authorities mishandled their accident, it’s often after a single-vehicle wreck. The reality is they’re just not a high priority for a lot of departments, so they tend to slip through the cracks if they aren’t taken seriously. That’s why it sometimes takes more thorough independent investigations to get victims and families affected by these accidents the answers they deserve. It frankly wouldn’t be surprising if the same proved true here, as well.
