Accident Report

San Antonio, TX — June 28, 2026,Elizabeth Alejos and Noah Fisher and another person were killed in a wrong-way accident at about 3:30 a.m. on Connally Loop/Interstate Loop 410.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2024 Honda Civic and a 2026 Toyota Corolla crashed head-on near Medina Base Road, and two other vehicles were damaged, but it is not clear which one was going the wrong direction.

Toyota driver Noah Fisher, 19, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to the report.

The Honda driver died in the crash as well, while the other two drivers were not hurt, the report states.
