How Did This Accident Occur?

There isn’t much information about what happened here, but some folks may have already made up their mind. A lot of people have a negative view of motorcyclists, so they just assume the motorcyclist did something wrong before any evidence is available. I’ve handled many accident investigations where motorcyclists were blamed, but further investigations showed they actually didn’t do anything wrong. That’s why it’s so important to secure as much evidence as possible early on. People may have their biases, but seeing clear, convincing evidence is always a good way to overcome that unfair bias. Hopefully steps are taken here to ensure thorough investigators cover all the facts and get a fair accounting of what led to the crash.
