San Patricio County, TX — October 6, 2024, one person was injured in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident just before 3:00 p.m. along Sodville Road.
According to authorities, a 33-year-old man was traveling on a northbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle on F.M. 2036, Sodville Road, in the vicinity north of the C.R. 1336 intersection when the accident took place.
The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the motorcycle lost control and fell to its side on the roadway before coming to a stop. The motorcyclist suffered reportedly serious injuries as a result of the wreck; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment.
