Grayson County, TX — October 24, 2024, Two people are injured following a car accident that occurred on State Highway 289.
An investigation is underway into an accident that occurred outside of Pottsboro, TX on SH 289 that sent two people to the hospital. The accident was around the intersection of Refuge Road, and though we do not yet know how the accident unfolded, we do know that it resulted in serious injuries.
Upon arrival by first responders, they determined that one individual required being air lifted to a hospital, while the other was taken via ambulance. The Department of Public Safety has not disclosed any more information including the identities of the people involved.
