Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
One of my concerns following any motorcycle wreck is they might not get the attention they deserve. A lot of people have negative biases against motorcyclists, and this can lead to hasty conclusions. Insurance companies are all too aware of this, and they’re likely to try and exploit those biases. That makes it even more crucial for victims and families in situations like this to have as much evidence as possible telling their side of the story. This helps keep the facts straight that all accountability and rest exactly where it needs to be.
