Ector County, TX — December 26, 2023, one person was injured in a motorcycle accident at approximately 3:45 p.m. along Cottonwood Road.
According to reports, a 40-year-old man was traveling on an eastbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle on Cottonwood Road just east of the Small Dent Road intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unconfirmed reasons, the motorcycle failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. The motorcycle allegedly veered off of the right side of the road, coming to a rest on its right side. The 40-year-old man sustained reportedly severe injuries as a result of the crash; he was taken to a local medical facility in order to receive treatment.
