Harris County, TX — October 17, 2023, Moesha Shante Shields was killed and three were injured after a car accident at around 3:00 p.m. along Fairmont Parkway.
Authorities said in preliminary statements on the accident that it happened at the intersection of West Fairmont Parkway and Farrington Boulevard.
Officials said that 23-year-old Moesha Shields was a passenger in a Hyundai Sonata going southbound through the intersection. The driver of the Hyundai reportedly made a right turn to go westbound on Fairmont, following which the vehicle was hit from behind by a Chevy Silverado.
Due to the collision, Shields sustained injuries which ultimately proved to be fatal. Two others in the Hyundai had apparently minor injuries while the driver of the Silverado was said to have moderate injuries. Currently, additional details about the crash can’t be confirmed without further information.
