Accident Report

Houston, TX — July 19, 2026, Mitchell Oppenheim was injured in a motorcycle accident at about 11:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Allen Parkway.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country van collided with an eastbound 2019 Yamaha MT03 motorcycle while turning left onto Gillette Street.

Motorcyclist Mitchell Oppenheim, 31, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report.

The Chrysler driver, who was not hurt, was charged with failure to yield the right of way after the crash, the report states.
