How Did This Accident Occur?
A crash at a busy intersection like this will usually involve something common like distracted driving. But it’s important to consider all possible factors, even if they may seem unlikely. Hypothetically, even a malfunction with the traffic signal is something a proper accident reconstruction should be able to rule out. So, if folks feel that investigators handling the accident are doing that, they can wait to see what the evidence says. If they’re not confident that investigators are considering unusual possibilities, though, then they can explore other avenues to make sure someone is going to tell the whole story rather than jump to conclusions.
Considering this is a busy intersection, has anyone out there had problems at this crossing before? Let me know in the comments.
