How Did This Accident Occur?

I think a lot of people will unfairly assume the answer to this question is that the rider did something wrong. I’ve seen countless examples of motorcyclists being harmed due to factors completely beyond their control. Yet people tend to blame motorcyclists and assume they’re all reckless drivers. I can only hope authorities have been more careful to put their bias aside and focus on the facts. Though, it wouldn’t be the first time if that required more experienced independent investigators stepping in.

Are there any motorcyclists who have experienced this unfair bias? Tell me about it in the comments.
