Hidalgo County, TX — July 24, 2024, a Mission man was injured as the result of a car accident around 7:13 a.m. along Mile 6 Road West.
Investigators said that the accident happened in the area of the Mile 6 Road West and Lee Ann Street intersection.
According to officials, a 36-year-old Mission man was in a Dodge Challenger going northbound. The vehicle continued straight on a curve in the road, and it crashed off-road. Due to this, the Dodge driver sustained serious injuries.
There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the accident. No further information about the accident is available.
