Harris County, TX — December 14, 2023, Miguel Guillermo Perea was killed as the result of a car versus motorcycle accident at around 6:05 p.m. on Spencer Road.
Police officials reported that the crash happened at the intersection of Spencer Road (F.M. 529) and Signat Drive, east of Eldridge Parkway.
According to authorities, 22-year-old Miguel Perea was on a Kawasaki motorcycle reportedly going eastbound along Spencer Road. Crossing Signet, it appears an oncoming Honda Accord turned left from the center turn lane, failing to yield to Perea. As a result, the motorcycle crashed into the Honda.
Perea was thrown from the bike, and he sustained fatal injuries as a result. The driver of the Honda did not have any reported injuries. It’s unclear at this time if any citations or charges were filed or considered. No further information about the crash is available at this time.
