Duncanville, TX — December 28, 2023, Melissa Yolanda Hall was killed as the result of a car accident that happened around 11:10 p.m. along LBJ Freeway.

Preliminary information about the accident says that the crash took place along Interstate 20 near Patriot Parkway/SPUR 408.

According to officials, 44-year-old Melissa Hall was in a Hyundai Sonata going eastbound along the interstate. It appears Hall’s vehicle was merging onto eastbound lanes from SPUR 408 at the time. Somehow, the vehicle crossed multiple lanes before going off-road and crashing into the concrete barrier along the median.

Due to the crash, Hall sustained fatal injuries. There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the crash. Right now, additional details about the accident cannot be confirmed.
