Accident Report
April 30, 2026, Melissa Balleza and four others were injured following a car accident at around 5:06 p.m. along Trenton Road.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened just east of the East Trenton Road and US 281/I-69C intersection.
Investigators said that 23-year-old Melissa Balleza, a 40-year-old woman, and two teenagers were in a Dodge Charger. They were going eastbound on Trenton Road at the time. A Jeep Wrangler was coming out of a private drive going northbound. Authorities say the Jeep failed to yield, and the vehicles collided.
Due to the accident, Melissa Balleza was seriously injured. The three passengers from the Dodge and the driver of Jeep reportedly had moderate injuries. Right now, additional details are unavailable.
