Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
After any car accident, it’s important to know if authorities barely skimmed the surface or actually took time to dig into all complex possible factors. Did they examine road conditions? Check lighting and signage? Examine the vehicles for potential defects? Look for nearby cameras? Pull cellphone records? These are all things a proper accident reconstruction should include. If authorities left something out, they might not be getting the whole picture.
