How Did This Accident Occur?

Initial reports state that the motorcyclist’s obstructed vision played a role in this crash, but there isn’t any additional explanation of that obstruction. Was he blinded by the sun? Or glare from some other source?

Investigators likely will sort that out as they reconstruct this accident by poring over witness statements, physical evidence, data from the vehicles and any available video footage of the crash. Cell phone records could help as well.
