How Did This Accident Occur?

People tend to see an early-morning, single-vehicle crash and just assume the driver did something wrong. As common as things like fatigue, unsafe speeds, and distracted driving are, there are other possible factors that need attention, as well. If they’re overlooked just because they seem unlikely, important information can slip through the cracks.

That’s why it’s not surprising how many people look to independent investigators after crashes like this. If people feel that authorities are more focused on looking for blame than actually letting the evidence speak for itself, they’ll naturally feel more comfortable bringing in outside professionals who can leave their bias at the door.

Whether it’s police or independent investigators, my hope is just that the crash gets the attention it deserves. If I’m missing any important information, though, let me know in the comments.
