Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

Too often, I see people jump to conclusions after single-vehicle wrecks. Just because there’s only one person at the crash scene doesn’t mean they’re automatically responsible. It’s always important to consider possible extenuating circumstances they may not have been able to avoid. Anything from road issues to a tire blowout to vehicle defects could have played a role. At the end of the day, it’s up to the evidence to say what happened, and the public rarely gets to see the full story.
