How Did This Accident Occur?
Most people would probably assume the Honda driver was responsible for this crash, but in my experience it is always better to rely on facts, not guesses, when figuring out how an accident happened.
What if the Tesla didn’t have working brake lights, or the Honda had an issue with its brakes or steering mechanism? Investigators should consider those possibilities as they pore over evidence from the crash site, data from the vehicles and any available video footage of the collision. Cell phone records also could help piece together this accident.
