How Did This Accident Occur?
Most people think a traffic ticket is the end of police’s involvement in investigating a traffic accident, but that isn’t the case. It’s just one officer’s take on what happened. What if Ford driver had a medical emergency? Or what if the pickup had an issue with its brakes? That would change the way people look at this crash.
A complete investigation should provide a complete picture of what happened at this Jacinto City intersection, answering any lingering questions the injured Dodge driver and his family have about this crash. If police can’t do that, the family might be compelled to have an independent investigator look at things with a fresh set of eyes.
