As straight forward as these details may seem, it’s important for folks to consider if they really have all the evidence they need to tell their side of the story. At the end of the day, there is no magic equation or automatic process for resolving things after a car accident. Victims and their families need to be able to prove what happened and ensure they get a fair resolution. Otherwise, they may leave to much wiggle room for an insurance company to muddy the waters and tip the scales in their favor.
