Victoria, TX — February 2, 2026, Lon West was injured as the result of a car accident at around 11:41 a.m. along Zac Lentz Parkway.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the accident happened along westbound lanes of the highway off the corner of Navarro Street.
According to officials, 61-year-old Lon West was in a Ford Fusion going along Zac Lentz Parkway. A Jeep Gladiator reportedly failed to control speed, resulting in a three-vehicle crash. Lon West reportedly was seriously injured in the crash.
No other injuries were reported. Additional details about the crash are unavailable.
