Madison County, TX — September 5, 2023, Loani Caballero was killed and one person was injured after a car accident at around 9:45 p.m. along I-45.
Authorities released information from initial investigations to the public, saying the crash happened on the southbound I-45 service road near Highway 75.
According to current public information, 21-year-old Loani Caballero was in a Honda Civic which authorities allege was going in the wrong direction on the service road. While doing so, the Honda crashed head-on with a southbound Dodge Caliber.
Due to the collision, Caballero sustained fatal injuries. The other driver was seriously injured. Right now, additional details can’t be confirmed pending evidence not currently available to the public.
