La Marque, TX — June 11, 2026, Lisa Fortini was killed in a single-vehicle accident at about 5:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaney Road.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2026 Honda CR-V was heading south when it crashed into a concrete barrier in a construction zone south of Gulf Freeway/Interstate 45.
Driver Elisa Marie “Lisa” Fortini, 65, died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to the report.
