Accident Report

Fort Worth, TX — June 17, 2026, Kham Mang and another driver were killed in a wrong-way accident at about 2:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 287.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2014 Kia Optima was heading south in the northbound lanes of the highway when it collided with a 2012 Acura TL.

Acura driver Kham Mang, 61, and the other driver died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to the report.

Authorities have not released any additional information about the Tarrant County crash at this time. The accident is still under investigation.
