How Did This Accident Occur?

Initial reports indicate that this crash was caused by a blown tire, but there are still questions to be answered.

Did the tire have a defect when it came from the manufacturer? Or did a recent patch job fail to hold? Or did the driver simply wait too long to replace an aging tire?

Police likely will investigate the circumstances surrounding this crash, but they may not have the resources or the training to figure out why. It likely will take a qualified expert to examine the damaged tire and figure it why it blew.

The driver’s family deserves to know as much as possible about this crash, so investigators need to find answers to any lingering questions they may have about this accident.
