Dallas, TX — May 7, 2025, Kendarious Perry was injured as the result of a car accident at around 1:30 a.m. along US Highway 67.
Investigators said that the accident happened in the area of the Marvin D. Love Freeway and Swansee Street intersection.
According to officials, 24-year-old Kendarious Perry was in a Dodge Charger going southbound along the freeway. Along the side of the road, there was a disabled car and a flatbed tow truck. The Charger crashed into the tow truck.
Kendarious Perry reportedly had serious injuries due to the accident. No other injuries were reported. At this time, additional details are unavailable.

People might jump to a lot of conclusions based on these preliminary statements, but what the public gets to see is rarely the whole story. There has to be consideration for things like visibility, vehicle conditions, road design, where the vehicles were in relation to lanes of travel, how well safety devices performed, if the victim’s vehicle had some kind of crash avoidance technology, etc. At the end of the day, the evidence needs to speak for itself. Either authorities were able to do that behind the scenes, or there could still be more to this story.
