Liberty County, TX — December 9, 2023, Kacy Robinson was injured following an accident involving an allegedly intoxicated driver along Highway 105.
Details released to the public by authorities indicate that the incident happened in the area of Highway 105 and County Road 2107 outside of Moss Hill.
According to available information, 30-year-old Kacy Robinson was a passenger in a GMC Sierra said to be going eastbound along the highway. From westbound lanes, it appears a Lexus SUV went left into eastbound lanes, and the two vehicles collided.
Robinson had apparently serious injuries following the accident. Two children who were in the Lexus apparently had minor injuries. No others had any confirmed injuries.
The driver of the Lexus is accused of being under the influence of alcohol when the crash happened. There were recommendations for a charge of intoxication assault and one for DWI with a child under 15. Right now, additional details are unavailable.
