Jasper County, TX — May 17, 2026, Justin Miller was killed in an ATV accident at about 3:20 a.m. on Dempsey Turner Road/County Road 797.
Authorities said a 2006 Can-Am Maverick was heading west when it overturned on a curve near County Road 800.
Driver Justin Miller, 23, of Kountze was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash south of Buna, according to authorities.
Passengers Marilynn Molander, 22, and Kyle McDaniel, 23, were hospitalized with minor injuries, authorities said.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Jasper County crash at this time.
