Henderson, TX — November 4, 2025, Judy Cooper was injured as the result of a car accident at around noon along Marshall Street.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened between Howard Street and Stone Street.
Investigators said that 75-year-old Judy Cooper was in a Kia Rio going southbound on Marshall. A Ford F-450 with a trailer was also going southbound. For reasons unclear, the vehicles collided.

A few key questions I always consider:
- Do officers have the training, equipment, and time they need to do a full accident reconstruction?
- Are the vehicles being inspected for potential electronic or mechanical defects?
- Is electronic data being preserved from the vehicles, cellphones, and any cameras nearby the crash scene?
Generally speaking, these questions can act as a canary in the coal mine. If it seems authorities have satisfactory answers, they’re probably doing good work.
