Accident Report

Fort Worth, TX — March 8, 2026, Juan Medina was killed and a child was injured in a car accident at about 12:30 a.m. in the 5100 block of Miller Avenue.

Authorities said two pickups — a northbound 2022 GMC Sierra C2500 and an eastbound 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche — crashed at the intersection with Knox Street.

Chevrolet driver Juan Medina, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to a preliminary accident report, while a 12-year-old boy in the other pickup was seriously injured.

The GMC driver, a 35-year-old woman, and a 9-year-old girl suffered minor injuries, the report states, while a 13-year-old girl was listed as possibly injured.

Authorities have not released any additional information about the Tarrant County crash at this time.
